The focus of my project is a study done by Pew Internet & American Life Project, comparing the percentages of cell phone users who perform different activities on their phone over time, from 2007 to 2012.
The eight cell phone activities are:
1. Take a picture
3. Access Internet
5. Record Video
6. Download Apps
7. Health Information
8. Check Bank Account
The data for each activity is displayed with a line graph. There is also a link to an Excel spreadsheet with the raw data.

I've chosen to select this data source because of my interest in how people use their cell phones. I really like the specific phone activities that were measured - they seem to be the most popular from what I've experienced. I think everyone would assume that people are increasingly using their cell phones for activities that they might use a camera or laptop for. Depicting the change over time is really what I want to pursue.
