We are currently hiring an Innovation Brand Manager to join our New Ventures team based in New York, NY as part of The High End at Anheuser-Busch InBev. New Ventures is comprised of a special team focused on entrepreneurial projects, innovation, and creating craft trends – think New Brands and New Businesses.

This role will have the critical responsibility of owning one of our new brands from cradle to launch and beyond. You will work with a wide spectrum of entrepreneurs inside and outside our company: our Innovation Brewmaster on formulation, our creative team on the visual elements of the brand, and many more to shape and bring the brand to life. You will nurture it, fight for it and always make sure we stay true to this new brand and close to our consumers.

We are looking for a candidate who works exceptionally well in small teams, has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, holds a breadth of experience and knowledge in craft beverages, is creative, independent but also a great leader and collaborator, that gets excited to be given the opportunity to create something that hasn’t been done before in the world of beer and beyond.

Responsibilities
Manage portfolio of concepts from ideation stage through brand creation to launch and beyond, (incl. packaging development, pricing, P&L analysis, positioning, and advertising strategies)
Initiate and drive cross-functional teams to deliver against plan on product and packaging innovation
Help create and manage product launch plans with multiple markets/ geographies
Lead integration of consumer research, financial, marketing, operations and manufacturing/supply
Lead consumer and customer empathy building and research to drive a laser focused brand development process
Provide performance analysis for products/ projects to continuously learn and improve activities
Job Qualifications

Requirements
A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Proven ability to think and move between strategic and analytical thinking as well as actual execution
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust the message to the audience
100% willing to do whatever it takes to build a brand for the long term while driving execution
Highly organized and have a track record of leading by example
5+ years marketing experience across a broad background (sales, promotions, innovation, promotion, regional and national marketing, advertising, and digital marketing)
Understanding of what’s happening culturally in the world of food, beverages and beyond with an astute sense for how the way brands communicate has and is changing
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required, MBA preferred
Beer/alcohol beverage industry knowledge preferred
Willing to travel 30% of time for sales, events, and brand activation activities
Understanding of selling and retail environment and distribution network

Job Summary The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in the day to day functions of the brand, to deliver against the brands strategic, equity, volumetric and financial goals annually. Plays a vital role in brand analysis work, tracking volume and retail data. Assists in helping to support and direct external and internal resources through the value chain to deliver on strategic intent. Responsible for integration into broader organization ensuring integrity of marketing programming from conception through execution. Current openings support the Miller Lite, Coors Banquet / Molson and Blue Moon brand teams.
Posting Job Description Strategy/Positioning
- Support the development of innovation strategies and initiatives that will direct resources and focus, to the appropriate areas to build competitive advantage for MillerCoors. Execute strategic direction for new products or packages.

Planning
- Assist with effective integration of brand plans and activities with other functional areas.
- Manage within designated budget amounts.
- Help allocate and manage resources.

Communication
- Communicate brand performance, opportunities, and programs. Provide clear direction and demonstrate leadership through meeting timelines. Understand brand strategies, link to channel strategies and apply them to the development of brand creation or intervention.

Brand Performance
- Assist in the achievement and tracking of volume, profit, and brand health targets. Make strategic go-to-market recommendations based on initial test/launch performance.
- Support execution across all elements of marketing mix.

Partnership Management
- Work closely with internal and external resources. Develop briefs clearly articulating brand positioning and communication objectives.

Project Management and program execution
- Manage and coordinate the development programs, creative and other elements of the marketing mix for new products or packages.
Preferred Qualifications
Education and experience

Appropriate Bachelor degree required

~3 years of previous marketing/sales experience with high profile CPG brands

MBA preferred
