This image is an example of generations of labeling. It requires the user to connect each line to the appropriate label and see which part of the body is being affected by the drinking of soft drinks. This image also uses color coding with the body parts and the shapes of the body parts as they would be in real life. The first and second generation of labeling is working in this picture it shows clear relationships with what is happening to each body part by using lines and a short description of what is happening with the body part.

This is a great example of good labeling. This diagram is simple yet it's able to provide a decent amount of information without overloading the viewer.
Labeling Works Well

The constructions of the organs are very intuitive and don't require much explaining, which is good. I also like how the designer also utilizes icons for money and a clock, instead of writing them out.
